Rates
Prices range from $125.00 to $165.00 based on single or double occupancy plus New York State and City taxes (14.75%) and hotel room occupancy tax ($3.50 per night).

Payment
50% deposit required, with balance to be paid upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Traveler's Checks, Bed & Breakfast Gift Cards and cash.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice must be received at least 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date or you will be charged 25% of the total fee and a 5% transaction fee. No refunds within 7 days of scheduled arrival date.

Restrictions
Children 12 years and older are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the porch only. Sorry, no pets.

Breakfast
Extended continental breakfast served daily from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. in the main dining room on the first floor with croissants, muffins, bagels, jams, cream cheese, butter, eggs, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice.
